MochaLabs is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Trading Platform Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for configuring and optimizing our cutting-edge trading platform, TradeLocker, ensuring seamless operation and trading experience for our users (https://tradelocker.com/).
What you'll be up to:
- Configuring TradeLocker to meet business requirements and system constraints.
- Troubleshooting trading issues, including Crypto and Forex CFD order executions and platform setup.
- Developing basic SQL queries for issue tracking and reporting.
- Collaborating with development and support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Driving process automation and document solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Becoming the go-to expert on market trends and events, CFD calculations, and trading platform functionality.
What we expect from you:
- Solid background in CFD as a Crypto or Forex trader.
- Solid knowledge of the CFD industry, including trade execution mechanics.
- Strong understanding of at least one trading platform functionalities (e.g., MT4/MT5, cTrader, TradeLocker) and integration with back-end systems (CRMs, execution bridges).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Bonus plus is:
- Experience in configuring and maintaining trading platforms used in the financial services industry.
- Experience with basic SQL querying and scripting for data extraction and reporting.
The gross salary range for the Trading Platform Specialist position is between €2000 and €3000 monthly, depending on your experience.
