Senior Account & Partnership Manager

TradeLocker is seeking a Senior Account & Partnership Manager to join our team and take ownership of our customer and affiliate partnerships. This is a role for someone who thrives on building trust, driving engagement, and unlocking new growth opportunities.

You’ll be responsible for nurturing and strengthening relationships with our existing customers. Monitoring their growth, checking their satisfaction, gathering product feedback, and ensuring they get the maximum value from TradeLocker. At the same time, you’ll take charge of the TradeLocker Hub partnerships, working to secure stronger affiliate terms and grow mutually beneficial relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as the main contact for key accounts, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
  • Regularly assess client health by monitoring platform usage, adoption, and engagement.
  • Conduct frequent check-ins to evaluate client satisfaction and gather actionable product feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to drive improvements and ensure the best client experience.
  • Lead negotiations for renewals, upsells, and affiliate agreements to maximize both revenue and value for clients.
  • Manage and expand affiliate partnerships on Hub, negotiating better terms and strengthening visibility.
  • Deliver training, updates, and best practices to clients, ensuring they get the most from TradeLocker.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and risks in client accounts, and take ownership in resolving issues.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in account management, partnerships, or customer success, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or trading platforms.
  • Strong track record of managing and growing customer accounts, with measurable results in revenue or engagement.
  • Proven experience in negotiating contracts and partnerships, ideally in an affiliate or partnership-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience in using data to measure client health and provide insights.
  • A self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

The gross salary range for the Senior Account & Partnership Manager position is between €4500 and €5500 monthly, depending on your experience.
