Product Manager

TradeLocker is looking for a proactive and strategic Product Manager to drive the next phase of our product evolution, working primarily on B2B initiatives while also engaging in B2C projects. The ideal candidate will be eager and adaptable, with a genuine willingness to work on both B2B and B2C product challenges. 

In this role, you’ll lead one or more dedicated product teams, shaping features and solutions that directly empower our core B2B clients: brokers and prop firms that rely on TradeLocker to deliver seamless, cutting-edge trading experiences to their users. You’ll have end-to-end ownership: defining the vision, crafting the roadmap, and making data-informed decisions that keep our platform ahead of the curve.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Owning the B2B Product Vision & Strategy: You will develop a deep, empathetic understanding of our B2B clients' needs, workflows, pains, and business objectives. Your insights will directly shape the B2B product strategy and roadmap.
  • Leading Continuous Discovery: You will spend your time interacting directly with our clients and partners, validating hypotheses, and identifying the most impactful problems to solve. You will live and breathe the principles of rapid prototyping and testing to mitigate risk and ensure we're building the right thing.
  • Driving Product Delivery: In close collaboration with your team, you will translate strategy into action. You will manage higher-level initiatives and epics in tools like Jira, while empowering your engineering and design partners to own the task-level details. Your primary role is to provide the team with the context and clarity to build, iterate, and ship confidently.
  • Championing a Holistic Product View: While your focus is B2B, you will maintain a strong connection to the B2C side of our platform. You'll work closely with other PMs to understand the end-trader's journey, ensuring that our B2B solutions ultimately contribute to a seamless and superior experience for everyone.
  • Mastering the Technical Landscape: You won't be expected to write code, but you will need to become an expert on our platform's technical capabilities and constraints, enabling you to have credible, productive conversations with engineering.
  • Collaborating Across the Business: You will be a central communication hub, working hand-in-hand with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure your product roadmap is aligned with our broader business goals and that the value of what you're building is clearly understood.
  • Streamlining Internal Operations: Partner closely with Commercial, Account Management, and Operations staff to ship product solutions that make their jobs effortless. You will focus on simplifying and automating key processes like client onboarding, billing, support, administration, and system configuration.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Product Management Experience: You have a track record of managing and launching successful products, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in FinTech or trading technology is a major plus.
  • An Evangelist for the Customer: You are obsessed with understanding the customer. You have extensive experience with modern product discovery techniques and a passion for uncovering unmet needs.
  • A Strategic Thinker: You can see the bigger picture, connect your team's work to strategic company objectives, and articulate a compelling vision that inspires those around you.
  • A Collaborative Leader: You demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. You foster an environment of trust, transparency, and empowerment.
  • An Excellent Communicator: You can clearly and concisely communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences, from engineers to executives.
  • Technically Fluent: You are comfortable engaging in technical discussions and understanding system architecture.
  • Outcome-Oriented: You define success by the value you create for our customers and our business, not by the number of features you ship.

The gross salary range for the Product Manager position is between €3500 and €5000 monthly, depending on your experience.
