What you'll be up to:
- Analyzing large volumes of financial data to find actionable insights and identify optimization opportunities.
- Design and develop machine learning models to solve specific business problems in the trading domain.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to set objectives and achieve data-driven results.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices.
- Staying up-to-date with data science trends and sharing knowledge with the team.
What we expect from you:
- Proven experience working as a Data Scientist or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Python and data manipulation libraries (i.e. pandas).
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
- Proficiency in ETL and related technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, ClickHouse).
- Solid understanding of software development principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bonus points:
- Experience with time series data.
- Domain knowledge in trading and finance.
- Proficiency in data visualisation.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Gross salary range for the Senior Data Scientist position is between €4000 and €7000 monthly, depending on your experience.
