B2B Support and Onboarding Specialist

TradeLocker is seeking a technically skilled, customer-focused B2B Support and Onboarding Specialist to support brokers and prop firms using the TradeLocker trading platform. This role combines technical platform configuration, customer onboarding, and ongoing operational support. The ideal candidate understands trading platforms, communicates effectively with business customers, and collaborates closely with internal development teams to ensure high platform performance and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Configure and customise the TradeLocker platform according to the business requirements of brokers and proprietary trading firms.
  • Perform technical setup and configuration of the TradeLocker back office to ensure performance optimisation and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot trading and platform issues, including order execution problems and configuration errors.
  • Work closely with development teams to investigate technical incidents and drive timely resolutions.
  • Provide prompt, professional responses to B2B customer requests while maintaining strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and create clear internal documentation to support knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, technical support, or customer success (plus working in fintech, SaaS, or trading platforms).
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer needs and a service-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bonus: familiarity with trading platforms, broker operations, or integrations (APIs, CRMs, etc.).

The gross salary range for the B2B Support and Onboarding Specialist position is between €2500 and €3500 monthly, depending on your experience.
